In this seminar Christos Theologos will teach traditional forms of Zeibekiko including-AIVALIOTIKO
- PERGAMO FROM KINIK OF PERGAMOS IN ASIA MINOR
- ZEIBEKIKO IKONIOU
- ZEIBEKIKO KIOUTAXEIAS
- TOURKIKOS ZEIBEKIKOS
Greek Dance Seminar/Workshops will run for 2 days. Sat 4th & Sun 5th Oct. (1.5hrs each)
CHRISTOS THEOLOGOS will be teaching dances from:
Session 1: SAT 4 OCT 11am: COASTAL ASIA MINOR (1.5hrs)
Session 2: SAT 4 OCT 1pm: ΖΕΙΜΠΕΚΙΚΑ ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΙΑΚΑ from ASIA MINOR
Session 3: SAT 4 OCT 2.30pm: RHODOS ISLAND
Session 4: SAT 4 OCT 4pm: KARSILAMATHES & APTALIKA (1.5hrs)
Session 5: SUN 5 OCT 10.30am: CHIOS (1.5hrs)
Session 6: SUN 5 OCT 12pm: CONSTANTINOPLE (1.5hr)
Session 7: SUN 5 OCT 2pm: CAPPADOKIA (2hrs)
RESOURCES will be available for all enrolled on the day. This will include information on dances and their origin. A map of Asia Minor pointing out areas of dances taught. Links to music. Videos of the lessons also will become available to all that request it.
