Inspired by the elegance and charm of one of Champagne’s most iconic figures, Madame Bollinger, this exclusive luncheon is a heartfelt tribute to the exceptional experiences shared at the Bollinger estate.

Bollinger holds a very special place in my heart - the private lunch we enjoy in Madame Bollinger’s dining room during my Champagne Tours is truly unforgettable. My dream with this event has always been to recreate that magical experience here at home, offering you a taste of the tradition, generosity, and elegance that Bollinger represents.

This year’s garden party will feature a carefully curated three-course menu by celebrity chef Alastair McLeod and his team at AlFresh’Co Catering, who share my passion for Champagne. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with three of Bollinger’s finest cuvées:

To enrich the afternoon, we are delighted to host a fireside chat with Robin Bailey — Brisbane’s beloved Hostess with the Mostess from 97.3fm. Robin will lead a conversation with Jo Boon, who continues her courageous fight against Motor Neurone Disease (MND), and Jane Milne, CEO of MND & Me. Together, they will share insights, experiences, and the importance of supporting research into this devastating disease.

Jo has also curated a brilliant raffle to help raise vital funds for MND research — another reason this occasion is so much more than champagne and fine dining.
