Reflective Conversations Workshop: Feedback and Complaints
Feedback and Complaints are central to the current Aged Care Quality Standards, the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the new Aged Care Act 2024. This interactive workshop will explore the importance of inclusive feedback systems that empower consumers, protect workers, and drive continuous improvement.
This workshop will:
• Use case studies to share practical strategies and explore how inclusive feedback systems foster transparency, trust, and continuous improvement.
• Highlight the importance of seeking feedback and implementing effective complaints mechanisms.
• Explore inclusive approaches to supporting diverse and vulnerable consumers in providing feedback and making complaints.
• Provide an opportunity to self-reflect on the Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act.
