The preliminary Master Plan outlines proposed upgrades to facilities, improvements to publicamenities, enhancements to green space, and potential adjustments to traffic management and
access. The preliminary Master Plan has drawn on the work of the CMP process. The
objective of this redevelopment is not only to support the continued success of the EFC and
its members, but also to ensure Kingston Oval remains a vibrant, accessible, and welcoming
space for the entire community—now and into the future.
