Our next Bottle Club is on Friday 29th August 2025 and the theme is...Winter Whites: celebrate the cold with fuller-bodied styles - think old-school chardonnay, exotically perfumed viognier, textural marsanne, bottle-aged riesling. Perfect with chef’s winter menu - and a gooey soft ripe cheese or two - a great way to settle in to a wintery Friday afternoon.

plus a special guest from Sommeliers Australia, who can share insights into why these styles of white are such perfect choices with food.
