The Gold Coast Capability Leaders Network invites you to attend the Early Career Teacher Retreat.
During this professional learning event you will engage in a series of practical and collaborative workshops that support you to foster your wellbeing as an ECT, and provide you with effective strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment, proactively manage classroom behaviour, and to ensure that learning is accessible so that you can meet the diverse needs of your students.
You will also be provided with the opportunity to hear from a panel of experienced and knowledgeable educators, and widen your professional network by connecting with other Early Career Teachers on the Gold Coast.
Through collaborative workshops, expert-led discussions, and reflective activities, you will gain valuable insights and actionable strategies to enhance your teaching practice.
