With a strong background in all areas of dance, Lisa launched TDC in 2010 to fill a gap in the industry — offering technique-driven training for dancers aiming to pursue dance at a serious level. Her unique training methods, combined with her ability to create a focused and supportive environment, have established TDC as one of Melbourne’s leading performing arts facilities.TDC is widely recognised for cultivating exceptional technique, artistic development, and the core values essential to the performing arts: teamwork, dedication, resilience, confidence, and active participation.
Lisa also holds a degree in Child Psychology, giving her a unique insight into understanding and supporting children of all ages. She has completed levels in both Cecchetti and RAD training, and is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), as well as mat and reformer Pilates. Lisa has also completed accredited gymnastics training through Gymnastics Australia.
