Embrace, Express, Embody YOU, in this fortnightly experience of MOVEMENT, STILLNESS, FUN, CONNECTION & REST. An empowering, fun & safe space for mothers & women to let loose, be free & enjoy their amazing selves.
Our regular day to day actions, which are important, can also trap us into only doing these things for a lot of our time. Sometimes we can feel so full & consumed by all the things, with not much left for ourselves.
These classes are an invitation to feel more free in our body & more present in life. My intention is for participants to gather regularly & enjoy themselves, then extend this time & joy for self beyond the dancefloor.
Join us & be a part of this nourishing dance experience that is the Groove method. Simple, fun, & freeing dance, finished with stillness, rest and warm tea.
Getting out of our head & into our body.
NOTE: NO EXPERIENCE is required we move at our own pace, rest & modify as often as needed.
