Paper string is a versatile and easily sourced material which is suitable for making artistic and utilitarian objects.In this workshop with Adrienne Murray, you will learn the steps in making a small basket: starting, shaping, finishing and some colour patterning. There will be an opportunity to examine some more artistic applications of both twining and paper string.
Adrienne’s twining skills have come from a variety of workshops she has taken with local and international teachers, much practice, and a passion for the technique.
