
Stay Well, Stay Active: Exercise Program for over 65's
This friendly, supportive program is all about keeping you moving and feeling your best. Over four weeks, you’ll take part in guided, low-impact exercises that are designed to:
• Improve your balance and stability
• Build strength and coordination
• Reduce the risk of falls
You’ll also learn simple, practical tips to stay safe on your feet—so you can keep doing the things you love with confidence.
Whether you're looking to boost your energy, or just enjoy moving more, this program will help you feel steady, strong, and ready for whatever comes next.
This session is hosted in person at our Lidcombe Wellbeing Centre, NSW by an accredited Exercise Physiologist.
