Please join us for our 'Community of Learners' Art Exhibition on Sunday 31st August.For many years Lilian Cannam Kindergarten has supported children's creativity and learning through the arts (visual arts and music), and in our four year old language program.
At Lilian Cannam Kindergarten we encourage children to experiment, be imaginative and inventive in how they explore their surroundings and communicate their ideas, and our programs highlight appreciation and expression through the Arts. Our thinking is guided by the Reggio Emilia approach and Loris Malaguzzi’s theory of ‘100 Languages,’ as a metaphor for the extraordinary potential of children and their ability to think, understand and make connections in a multitude of ways.
Each year we celebrate the children's experiences, knowledge and skills during our annual 'Community of Learners' Art Exhibition. We invite you to join us for this special occasion.
