Experience a soul-soothing blend of restorative yoga, meditative Cello, flutes and singing bowls, pranayama, inspiring affirmations and energising organic cacao to release, restore and revitalise your body mind and soul.Rike is a cellist, composer, vinyasa yin & restorative yoga teacher & health professional who has created sound immersions and retreats in the Townsville region for 9 years now.
She will gently guide you through a soothing therapeutic sequence designed to melt away stress and tension, release fascia and bring you back to yourself. Her soulful meditative music invites connection, balance and inner peace.
Your body will be well supported with bolsters, blankets & blocks.
* Everyone is welcome
