Gluten-free German Christmas baking 2025

In Germany, the weeks leading up to Christmas are a particularly exciting time. Beautiful smells of spices and nuts from the kitchen fill the house, and the freshly baked Kuchen, Stollen and cookies are irresistible. In this class, you will bake some of our family’s most loved items on the Christmas table, including our award-winning Christmas Stollen, as well as some delicious cookies, e.g. dark chocolate, almond & orange cookies, coconut &lemon or almond 'clouds', Lebkuchen (with hazelnut and almond meal, honey, egg and spices), amongst others. And they are all gluten-free and taste absolutely delicious!
Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. A small class size (maximum of 6 participants) ensures plenty of opportunity for questions and one-on-one conversations to maximise your learning experience. The class takes about 4 - 4.5 hours.
