Judy’s book, The Bee Squad, has made it to the long list in the CBCA Book Week. Her book provides understand of native flora and fauna in our neighbourhood. The Bee Squad is a guide for children of all ages which encourages awareness of their environment and biodiversity. It contains projects to create a sustainable future for all creatures and how to become part of the Bee Squad and promote biodiversity in children. Participants will be awarded a biodiversity ambassador certificate with their attendance. Judy Friedlander is the Co-founder and director of PlantingSeeds Projects which fosters environmental sustainability and biodiversity in the urban, peri-urban and regional environments.Date
