Hosted by Dr. Michelle Meyer in Partnership with MaozIn the lead-up to the High Holidays, it’s crucial to ensure our communities are ready to respond to the safety needs of Jewish children at synagogues.
This FREE pre-High Holiday training session for community leadership, hosted by Maoz and facilitated by Dr. Michelle Meyer, will equip Rabbis, Shule leaders, and organisational heads with the tools they need to protect our most vulnerable during this busy period.
This event will include insights from Dr. Michelle Meyer on practical strategies for child safeguarding during this especially high-traffic time, including:
• the presence of high visibility child safety officers on site
• promoting environmental awareness among parents and carers; and
• tackling the thorny issue of persons of concern within a congregation.
The session will also equip your leadership with the skills and knowledge to address concerns proactively and effectively should they arise.
