Bayside 10km Training Run

Free for Bayside Tri Club Members and anyone paying Mercury Training Fees, this will be a 10km Pacing Run with a Handicap start so all should finish around the same time. This is not a race and people are responsible for their own timekeeping. Anyone wanting to do a longer run can do longer warm-up and finish with a target 10km run at Half Mara or Mara pace. Anyone wanting to run longer after is also welcome too.
Where: Start / Finish Top Car Park (Beach Rd near Linacre Rd)
Time: Start Time based on target run pace (not distance)
7:55am: 5:15 mins / km or slower (ie approx 10km time 55 mins or slower)
8:00am: 4:45-5:15 mins / km (ie approx 10km time 50 mins)
8:05am: 4:15-4:45 mins/km (ie approx 10km time 45 mins)
8:10am: 4:15 mins/km or Quicker (ie approx 10km time 40 mins or quicker)
Course: Out and back heading south along the bike path (u-turn points will be marked).
Brunch: Planned foir ~9am in Clubrooms
