Learn how to turn your most-loved garments into patterns you can recreate, again and again...If you have a favourite piece in your wardrobe that is falling apart and want to be able to make a new one (or more!) to replace it, this is the workshop for you. Here we'll walk through how to correctly place and copy your beloved garment to make a pattern that will help it live on in new forms! We'll walk through tracing, pinning and how to get around those tricky bits like gathers, darts and other types of shaping. You'll learn basic pattern making notions too! Bring a favourite piece of your own and you'll leave with a great understanding of how to replicate it if you don't finish it completely in class*.
Note: Remember; in general ~ the less pieces to the garment, the less time needed to replicate it: Set yourself up for a win and take on a project that's going to work for you :)
