At Vortex Athletics, we believe movement should be fun, fast, and full of opportunity. Our Speed & Agility Program helps kids develop the skills they need to excel in sport and move with confidence, all while having an absolute blast.
Our 8-week program progressively develops the four pillars of movement:
Sprinting – building explosive speed
Plyometrics – developing bounce and power
Change of Direction – sharpening agility and footwork
Balance and Coordination – improving body control and awareness
