Get Ahead of the Nerves – Pre Swans Academy Trial Sessions with the Aish AcademyTrials can be daunting. Whether it’s the pressure to perform, the fear of being judged, or simply the unknown. Many athletes (no matter their level) walk into these trials feeling anxious. That nervous energy can sometimes overshadow their true ability. That’s why we’re running pre-trial sessions! These are designed to help players settle in, build confidence, and get familiar with the environment before trial day. It’s a chance to shake off the nerves, get some valuable touches of the ball, and show up to trials feeling ready.
Tuesdays: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th of August
Boys: 4.30-5.30pm
Girls: 5.30-6.30pm
$40 per session
As a bonus, all session participants will be invited to an exclusive online webinar featuring Heath Grundy, former Sydney Swans Premiership player
