The first of our major events for the weekend. Meet at the Black Mountain Carpark by 9:45am to be ready for a 10:00am start.Our route will take us past many of Canberra's highlights including a lap of Parliament House where will will have a photo opportunity for everyone's car with Parliament House in the background.
The drive will end up at Lanyon Homestead around 12:30pm for a BYO picnic lunch. There is a cafe on site which is in the process to being sold, so we can't advise at this stage if they can cater for those who would rather just buy lunch. Stay tuned for further info on this. We have arranged for the cars to be parked along the driveway leading down to this 1850's Homestead which will be quite a spectacle.
