This four-part mindfulness series is a gentle, family-friendly space designed to help you slow down, reset, and build emotional resilience. Each session weaves together guided meditation, gentle movement, and sensory practices to help you feel more present β in your body and in your community.
Led by Aleesha Maree, an empowerment coach and qualified meditation instructor at Wai.OraWisdom, this class is open to all genders and welcomes absolute beginners.
Whether you're a parent, carer, or simply in need of time to reconnect, this space is for you.

60 minute guided mindfulness class (for adults aged 15+)

Gentle movement, breathing, and sensory-based practice

Onsite care for children aged 3β10 (up to 7 per session, in a separate room)

β β Yoga mat, bolster & blanket provided

Quiet reflection and connection space after class

$20 per adult per session (includes process fees)

Children aged 3β10 attend free with onsite educator care (must be registered when booking)

Strictly limited to 10β15 adults and 7 children per session

Comfortable clothing for light stretching or sitting

Nut-free snacks, water, and nappies for your child if needed

π§Έ Room Setup & Supervision
Sessions take place in Room 1 and Room 2, with a divider between spaces. Adults engage in mindfulness practices in Room 1, while children are cared for by a professional educator in Room 2 β just a few steps away, so you can relax with peace of mind.
Note: These classes are for adults and young people aged 15+. Children do not participate in the session.
