This is a soulful and healing experience designed to RESET, RECHARGE and REJUVENATE your mind, body and spirit.
What to bring?
Resonant Soul provides yoga mats, cushions and blankets, though you may prefer to bring your own:
- Yoga Mat
- Cushion/Pillow
- Eye Pillow
- Blanket and wear warm comfortable clothing eg. jumper, cardigan, long tights - your body temperature will naturally drop as you enter parasympathetic mode.
NOTE:
- Please don't wear any synthetic fragrances unless it is essential oils.
- A waiver will need to be signed upon arrival.
