About
The John Hunter Health and Innovation Precinct project will deliver an innovative and integrated precinct with industry-leading facilities.These 30-minute tours will show staff and associates how some of the rooms may look in the new Acute Services Building and refurbished areas.
The rooms were developed in consultation with our Project User Groups (PUGs), which are a key consultation forum between the project team and the hospital’s clinical staff. The PUGs provide the team with valuable input on how the spaces work best in everyday clinical scenarios. This helps to shape the designs.
Select a tour time that suits you best. PPE isn't required for this tour but please wear enclosed shoes.

Location:
JHHIP Prototype Rooms. Outside Royal Newcastle Centre near the PICU Building. There will be signage up near the glass doors by F2 to help with navigation.
