Body Consciousness is a guided movement class designed to help you reconnect with your body and move with intention. It blends elements from contemporary dance, capoeira, yoga, and somatic practices to build awareness, mobility, and strength. Through floor work, flow, and mindful movement, the class supports emotional release, posture, and presence.Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome—no dance or yoga experience needed. Whether you're a surfer, yogi, creative, or just someone wanting to feel more connected to your body, this class is for you.
Where is it?
Classes take place at the Palm Beach Community Centre on the Gold Coast. The space is open, and community-focused.

This class helps you unwind tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body.
