Rackley Parkinson Skills Clinic | September 2025
We are excited to announce we are running a fun and focused 3-day swim clinic designed to help swimmers improve there technique and develop essential skills for racing
The clinic will cover all the important stuff—stroke technique, starts, turns, finishes, and race skills—with plenty of hands-on coaching and feedback to help each swimmer improve and build confidence.
Over the three days, swimmers will work closely with our coaching team to focus on:
• Stroke technique across all four strokes
• Starts, turns, and finishes
• Race strategies and skills
• Drills to build efficiency and confidence in the water
This is a fantastic opportunity for swimmers to sharpen their skills in a focused and supportive environment.
Clinic Detail
Time: 8:30 - 12pm
Date: 23 - 25 September
Venue: Parkinson Aquatic Centre
Suitability: Achievers 2, Mini Squad, Junior Squad and Bronze Squad
Equipment: BYO Morning Tea, Swim Gear, Sunscreen
Cost: 3 Day Pass $150 / Single Day Pass $65
