Sunny's and Sounds of Soul Brisbane are back again, bringing another one of our fun nights to the rooftop! 🌴🎶Come along to Sunny's for our Rudeboys to Rastas night. DJs Sound of Soul Brisbane and Craig AC will be playing Old School Ska, 2 tone, Reggae, Dancehall and more all on original vinyl!
Ska is a music genre that originated in Jamaica in the late 1950s, blending elements of Caribbean mento and calypso with American jazz and rhythm and blues. It's characterized by a fast tempo, prominent bass lines, and a distinctive "offbeat" guitar rhythm.
