People and Culture would like to invite you to the Positive Behaviours Program (the Program) staff awareness session.The Program is a key step forward in building our optimal culture where all of us behave at work in a way that is both positive and appropriate.
This tailored session will enable you to support this crucial initiative and understand the following:
• objectives of the Program;
• your obligations and how to respond to inappropriate workplace behaviours;
• the supporting FPC policies and procedures; and
• the supports available to you.
Attendance to one of these sessions is mandatory
