This year’s Sounds of Hope event invites you into a deeply immersive Hypnotic Sound Meditation led by April Kinney, Registered Hypnotherapist and founder of Sky Lantern, and Julian Silburn, internationally recognised sound healing practitioner and founder of Sound Alchemy.
Together, they bring decades of experience in therapeutic sound, mind-body healing, and meditative transformation. Through the alchemy of voice, vibration, and hypnotic guidance, they will lead you on an unforgettable journey to reconnect with the light within.

This unique 2-hour experience will take you on a symbolic journey through the ancient Karri Tree Forest, where you’ll meet a wise old wizard, and connect with gentle animal guides offering strength and support. Through hypnosis and sound therapy, you’ll release self-doubt and reignite the inner spark of confidence, self-worth, and inner strength that lives within you.
