Come together for a special event highlighting the significance of First Nations knowledge and exploring the intersection of First Nations knowledge systems and science. Sean Sullivan, Deputy Secretary and DCCEEW Science Sponsor, will host the event. He will be joined by Cultural Educator Genus Passi of the Namu Collective who will share his knowledge of Torres Strait Island Cultural Practices, Customary Lore, Totems, and Creation Stories. Sean and Genus will join a panel Q and A discussion on how we can enhance our understanding, use and elevation of First Nations knowledge within DCCEEW.Please arrive at 9:20 for a 9:30 start. Morning tea will be provided after 10:30am in the Banksia Room.
