COVID SAFE
We are all adapting to our new COVID normal world, and our performances will be subject to COVID Safe protocols to ensure the health and safety of those involved. As the COVID situation and requirements are constantly changing, Saltpillar Theatre and Elwood College are regularly reviewing the protocols to apply at performances and if necessary, will be providing final and up to date details closer to show time.
FLEXIBLE TICKET POLICY
We want your return to Saltpillar Theatre to be easy, enjoyable, and worry-free. We understand that booking tickets in uncertain times can feel like a leap of faith, but our loyal audiences know we always do the right thing.
To give you peace of mind, we’ve introduced a flexible ticketing policy:
If a performance is cancelled, or if you’re unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option to transfer your tickets to a later show (subject to availability) or receive a full refund of your ticket price.
We’re here to make your theatre experience as smooth and supportive as possible - because your trust means everything to us.
