Box Jelly Theatre Co. (supported by RADF) are excited to present a dynamic four-day drama workshop during the second week of the September school holidays, designed for school aged children up to 15 years old.Through interactive activities and hands-on experience, young participants will dive into the world of theatre, discovering the joy of self-expression, building confidence, and enhancing teamwork skills. This fun and engaging workshop is the perfect opportunity for children to explore their creativity in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Each day from 9am - 3pm
Light refreshments will be provided, BYO lunch.
Sessions will include - Acting games and exercises (e.g., mime, storytelling, character creation), Improvisation games (e.g., freeze tag, story building), Voice and diction exercises, Rehearsal for the short play, Character development and scene work, Stage blocking and movement and Costume and prop exploration.
Spaces are limited - Registration is essential!
