Rush Pre-Season with Parabellum
Adelaide Rush Pre Season Strength & Conditioning sessions commencing August 15th - September 19th.
Players who are interested in trying out for the Rush squad this season are encouraged to join the pre-season strength and conditioning sessions. These sessions are $10 per person, per session and will be held on Mondays and Fridays (times TBC) at PEAQ Performance (26 Circuit Drive, Hendon).
