Our next Parents Connect session will be held on Tuesday, August 26, in the Parent Room.In response to feedback from our last meeting, we’re excited to welcome Marilla Stain as our guest presenter. Marilla brings a wealth of experience in supporting neurodiverse children, particularly in the area of social skill development.
Marilla spent 12 years at Autism SA as an Early Intervention Consultant, where she led Social Skills Groups, facilitated playgroups and worked closely with children, families and schools to deliver and evaluate specialist disability support services. Her outstanding contributions to the autism community were recognised through multiple nominations for the ORD Minnet Appreciation Award and in 2022 she was named the provisional winner of the Enablement Award in her field.
