Year 4 Parent and Daughter Beginning Puberty workshop
This parent and daughter evening will provide a comfortable forum for talking more openly about puberty and sexuality. The focus of the evening is to look at some of the physical, social and emotional changes that occur during puberty with an emphasis on the girls feeling comfortable and confident with their changing bodies.
Parents and girls will work together in a fun and interactive way to develop strategies of dealing with growing bodies in a positive way.
