Join award-winning artist, Libby Derham for an inspiring nature journaling workshop nestled in the beautiful Noosa Botanic Gardens. Get up close and personal with the diverse local flora as you learn to capture their essence on paper. This workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of nature journaling and equip you with practical skills in various techniques, including watercolor, pen and wash, and looser, more expressive styles. Participants will utilize professional quality paints, ensuring vibrant and lasting artwork. Discover the joy of connecting with nature through art and create your own unique visual record of the Gardens' stunning plant life.Participants will take home a concertina nature journal to start you on your nature journaling journey. Art supplies will be provided.
Please bring a fold up chair, old clothes for painting in and suggested enclosed toe shoes, hat, sunscreen and water.
