CapRescue Degustation

Since its inception in 2015, the CapRescue Degustation, presented by QMAG, has proven to be a culinary highlight on the Central Queensland event calendar. Growing from 120 guests in 2015 to 240 guests in 2024, this exclusive event has sold out each year, with all proceeds going to the Service.

In 2025, this spectacular dining experience will see renowned chef Matt Golinski present a superb six-course degustation, celebrating both local produce and talent. Together with premium drink pairings, there is no denying this exclusive event will excite and delight once again. As a part of the Capricorn Food & Wine Festival, the Degustation dinner gains exposure through one of the most well attended events on the Central Queensland social calendar.

Tickets are $225 each and include a six-course degustation presented by Matt Golinski - Official, premium paired drinks (includes a mix of cocktails, beer and matching wines),  entertainment, raffles, and more. **Dietary requirements can be catered for (must be specified 2 weeks prior) - please email us if you have any questions**
