Event: From the icy Nordic soundscapes, to the rich traditions of Baltic folksong, AURORA features the atmospheric works of Ola Gjeilo and Sigur Rós, alongside the rich choral voices of Ēriks Ešenvalds and Arvo Pärt. We embrace the fusion of culture, with Australian-Latvian composers Aija Draguns and Ella Macens drawing inspiration from their own heritage. Singing alongside renowned string ensemble ACACIA QUARTET and the Sydney Latvian Male Choir, and soloist Soloist Lana Kains, AURORA is a celebration of music that transcends borders and speaks to the soul.
