These workshops will explore multiple approaches to creating performance. They may include articulating life stories, moving in silence, or discovering your particular humour, all with the aim of crafting spontaneous performances. They will be suitable for anyone interested in using improvisation and the integration of sound, text and movement as a vehicle for building confidence and self-realisation or to extend performance skills.Date
