Doors open 2.30pm, concert commences at 3pm. Afternoon tea (tea, coffee, soft drink, water, cakes, scones, sandwiches, slices, snacks)
can be purchased at intemission. Concert finishes at approx 5.30pm. A hotel is next door.
For the past several years we've presented a wide variety of artists at the hall. In November 2025, nothing comes close to the Hillbilly Goats. Who are the Hillbilly Goats? They are an energetic Australian roots‑folk ensemble hailing from North Queensland who are known for their vibrant performances and deep dedication to Appalachian Mountain Music blending traditional folk, bluegrass, country, and blues with high‑energy stagecraft and educational storytelling. The Goats reinterpret traditional songs dating from the 1700s to the 1940s, tracing the evolution of mountain music into country and bluegrass. Their repertoire includes banjo, fiddle, bones, double bass, harmonica, tap dancing, and layered vocal harmonies, enriched by stories about the music’s Appalachian origins.
TERMS & CONDITIONS. Book carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges once purchased, if you make a mistake in the booking or if you cannot attend for any reason including sickness, work related issue or if you change your mind. Download your ticket and save to your device or print out and bring with you on the day. If for any reason you do not receive your ticket (and there is usually a simple explanation for this), contact us via the link on this page and if the transaction has been completed, it will be re issued. All persons to pay. Please don't bring babies in arms as we don’t believe it is suitable for them. Do not buy from resellers & do not buy from people on Facebook. It is often a scam, and these tickets if falsified may not be honoured at the door. In the event of a postponement, you will be notified by email and your ticket is perfectly valid for the new date. If unable to make the new date, you have a further fourteen days to request a refund. In the event of a full cancellation, all tickets will be refunded but allow 5-7 days for all to be processed.
