Join While Away Retreats for a golden hour flow in the Glasshouse at North Head. At the end of Q Station’s Timeless Trails, this gentle, grounding session will guide you through a slow vinyasa to yin sequence – inspired by nature, movement, and rest. Breathe, stretch, and settle into stillness as the sun dips and the weekend winds down.

🧺 Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, optional towel or blanket, and anything cosy for savasana
