Blue Lotus is our ally, here to help us remember what it feels like to emerge from the muddy waters, the dark womb, the fertile dirt, and in our own time, only when ready, we as she; open… in sensual bloom.This is a movement ritual for women ready to listen to what lives beneath the surface. Together we'll call in the spirit of Blue Lotus, as she guides us into sensation, those that may have been numbed, silenced, or swallowed and invites us to meet them with presence and allow what wants to come to the surface.
Come home to the exiled parts of yourself; the intuitive, the wise, the wild.
Through guided ritual, sound and embodied movement return to your holiness as womban, and meet with the deepening that is beckoning you home.
