SEA 2-6 Summer Sport T3/4 2025

Term 3/4 2024 SEA Summer Sport

PLEASE NOTE: Tennis is a term-long enrolment.
Tennis and Swimming will be available to book with the Term 4 release. It does not appear in this Summer sport release.

PLEASE NOTE: tickets may appear as 'available' but remain unable to be purchased.
This is because said tickets are in others users' carts, in the checkout process. This is not an error.
Sections will only state 'sold out' once the checkout process is complete and payment made.

At the Scots College we value fairness and equality. The SEA program in particular operates via a third-party platform so as to ensure a transparent and equitable booking process.

Places are limited and some boys may miss out. This will not affect their experience of College life, nor their talent development within any sport pathway.
SEA is not a formal element of any sport faculty in the College. It is not 'training' for Saturday Sport, as this occurs during the formal school day each week.

Space and time are finite resources and unable to be increased.

SEA Summer Sport Commences Week 8 Term 3 and concludes Week 8 of Term 4.
This booking includes 3 sessions in Term 3 and 7 in Term 4.

SEA Sport courses are bound by safe limits for each venue and code. These limits are not within the control of SEA administrators, and are restricted by finite physical resources. For example, 100 boys cannot play football on the same court safely, or learn effectively in this manner. Accordingly, SEA group caps remain unchanged and cannot be extended to reflect interest or a student’s prior participation. No discussion will be entered on this matter.

SEA Sport enables boys to try codes with which they otherwise may not engage through their Saturday teams. It is also an opportunity for Year 2 boys (who do not participate in the Saturday Sport program) to explore options prior to Year 3.

These are not talent-development programs, nor do they form an official part of a boys’ pathway to excellence in later years. Accordingly, should your son miss out on an SEA sport preference, he is not disadvantaged in his sport journey throughout the College and is encouraged to attend morning ‘Skills’ courses which are open to Years 3-6 each morning.

In the event that SEA is cancelled due to wet weather or misadventure, you will receive a text message from the course Coordinators.
