This invitation is for all Oakhill College Staff only.
Tickets are $90 per person.
Each ticket includes a 3 Course Meal - Entree, Main Course & Dessert and Beverages.
Bookings open 9:00am Friday 6th September 2025 and strictly close by 3.00pm Tuesday 24th September 2025.
Bookings will not be accepted after this date, and you will not be able to attend if you have not booked.
The Graduation Ball is formal attire.
Staff tickets are at a reduced cost of $90, for the Year 12 Graduation Ball. This subsidised ticket price brings with it the expectation that you are attending this function in a supervisory capacity.
When purchasing your ticket, you will need to place yourself on a table.
- It is highly recommended that if several people wish to sit together, you should all book at the same time.
- The College will not move or remove staff from tables once booked.
- The College will not remove or add additional seating to tables.
- Each table accommodates 13 people.
