Total cost $200 - includes all meals and twin share accommodation.At our Tocal Retreats, we spend this time relaxing, and socialising. There will be multiple options to join guided meditations from our experienced meditation teachers, along with a 'hands on' creative activity. You may take part in all or some of our activities and are free to just relax and enjoy the peace. At times, retreaters may choose to share readings or healings. Please let us know if you have a gift that you wish to share with the group (note that all gifts are shared free of charge over the course of the weekend, and only at times when you would feel comfortable to do so).
On Saturday night, after the evening meditation, nibbles are shared and you are welcome to bring your own beverages.
