Venue: The Herzl Club: 222 Balaclava Road Caulfield
When: Day1 Sunday 12:30pm ,Day2 Sunday 12:30pm
Dates: September 7 & September14
Format: 7 round two day Swiss, Day 1- four rounds, Day 2-final three rounds
Byes: Players may take 2 half point byes in rounds 1-5.
Time Control: Fischer- 25 Minutes plus 10 seconds per move .
Rating: The event will be FIDE and ACF rapid play rated.
Cost: $65 ,Concession/Juniors $57, (Grandmasters , IM's, FM's Free)
