Join us for the launch of THESSALONIKI - a celebration of Thessaloniki's incredible cuisine! Meni Valle's brand new cookbook.We're excited to share this culinary journey through Greece's most vibrant food city, where ancient traditions meet modern flavours. From bustling markets to family kitchens, these recipes capture the true spirit of Thessalonian cooking.
Hosted by SMEG, the evening will feature tastings of select dishes from the cookbook, giving you a chance to experience these authentic flavours firsthand. I'll be sharing some stories behind the book and the amazing people who inspired these recipes, followed by book signings for those who'd like a personalized copy.
