Please complete this booking form to have your child/ren's photos taken during photo week Monday 8th September - Thursday 11th. We will be taking photos each morning from approx 8.30am till lunchtime. We aim to take a mix of candid and posed photos and sibling photos will be taken where applicable.There is a $25 booking per family, which is redeemable against your order.
You have the option of purchasing a class photo only. If you select this option, you will be supplied with an 8x10 group photo and we will not take individual photos of your child.
