4 Week Liver Reboot, starting 4th of September, 2025
The liver plays a vital role in many bodily functions, including filtering blood, processing nutrients, and producing essential substances like bile and proteins. It also helps regulate blood sugar, stores vitamins and minerals, and supports the immune system.
When the liver is overloaded you can experience, bloating and poor digestion, muscle and joint stiffness, low energy, indecisive, excess anger and frustration, Waking between 1 to 3am at night and skin issues.
According to Chinese medicine, Spring is the time of year when you can experience an increase in liver issues and is the best time to work on your liver health.
During this course we will reboot your liver with Yoga for the liver and gallbladder, you will be given tips and recipes to follow over the 4 weeks to help your liver to detox and we will also do a 3 day Liver cleanse. (Optional)
After the 4 weeks you will feel energised, calm, have more clarity and may lose weight. It also includes online Yoga and support.
