This lived experience–led workshop is designed to strengthen workplace and community wellbeing across the Northern Territory, with a focus on supporting veterans, neurodivergent families, and remote or regional workforces.Drawing on my personal journey — as the wife of a veteran who served with the Special Operations Task Group in Afghanistan, a survivor of postnatal depression and inpatient mental health care, and the mother of a neurodivergent child living with ASD, ADHD, OCD, and trauma-related behaviours — the workshop offers practical strategies for creating safe, inclusive, and resilient environments.
