Focused Educator – Bathroom Mobility Solutions

Crystal graduated from Curtin University with a BHSc (Occupational Therapy) in 2017 and began her career as an occupational therapist, gaining broad clinical experience across a variety of roles. She later joined Unicare Health as a Customer Relations Manager, where four years on the road meeting therapists and clients sparked her passion for shower commodes and bathroom mobility equipment.

Now Unicare Health’s Focused Educator in Bathroom Mobility Solutions, Crystal delivers clinical and product training to empower therapists with the skills and confidence to prescribe and script equipment effectively. She specialises in customisation, scripting, and modifications, tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs, home environments, and space limitations.

Crystal enjoys the challenge of transforming off-the-shelf equipment into unique, practical solutions that improve everyday life. She finds this work both challenging and rewarding, and values sharing her knowledge to support therapists in making informed prescribing decisions.
